What is Dramaticon?

Dramaticon is a storytelling method developed by Rachid Nougmanov that applies to film, television, theater, games, comic books, novels, and other modern media. The method is based on studying various dramatic systems from Aristotle to Hollywood and is grounded in the psychology of human interaction in real life.

The online course includes 24 pre-recorded lectures (totaling 30 hours) and 24 one-hour webinars (combined into eight sessions). Individual students can choose between four plans, while collective agreements with educational institutions, organizations, and companies can be tailored to meet specific tasks, topics, depth, and course duration.

About the Author

Rachid Nougmanov

Director, screenwriter, producer, script doctor, architect
After studying directing and acting at the Moscow Film Institute under Sergei Solovyov and Anatoly Vasiliev, his feature film The Needle starring Viktor Tsoi achieved 30 million admissions at the box office across the USSR. Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters of France, Nougmanov founded the National Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of Kazakhstan and the Tulpar Award in filmmaking. The Dramaticon method draws on his extensive experience working in the USSR, the USA, Europe, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
